Throughout his career, Mr. Gamage has demonstrated strong expertise in strategic planning, P&L management, brand building, market expansion, and innovation management.

He has successfully led large-scale product launches, market entry strategies, and global partnerships, while maintaining a strong focus on financial discipline, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth. His extensive cross-functional leadership experience and ability to build strategic partnerships have been instrumental in delivering measurable results across highly competitive markets.
