Our Story

Colombo Design Republic (CDR) is a design-led venture studio and developer operating across Leisure, Collaborations, and General Trading. We bring together strategy, design, and disciplined execution to turn high-potential ideas into lasting value, for guests, investors, communities, and the environment.

Founded by friends with deep experience across the MENA and South Asian markets, CDR was created to bridge a gap we kept seeing: bold concepts without the operating rigor to scale, and efficient operations without a compelling brand or experience. We do both. From eco-conscious real estate to experience-driven hospitality and category-defining partnerships, our work is guided by a simple belief: great design should perform commercially, sustainably, and socially. Collaborations: Star Wild Glamping Tents, enabling premium, low-impact outdoor hospitality concepts with fast, flexible deployment.
