Mr. Shakinda Jayasingha is an accomplished business leader with over 18 years of experience across FMCG, manufacturing, and international markets. He has a proven track record in driving revenue growth, launching new product categories, expanding into new markets, and leading organizations through business transformation.

He had served as the Head of Sales & Marketing at leading brush wear manufacturers managing both local and overseas operations

Previously, Mr. Jayasingha has held senior leadership roles at RichLife Dairies Ltd, Hayleys Avantura, and BPPL Holdings PLC, delivering measurable growth in market share, operational efficiency, and financial performance. His international exposure includes working with Mercedes-Benz in Sydney, Australia, where he achieved record customer satisfaction results.

He holds a BSc (Hons) in Business Management from Manchester Metropolitan University, UK, and a Chartered Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), UK. He is also a member of both the CIM (UK) and the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing.
